Copyright to the finished, assembled work of Web pages produced by Epic Graphix is owned by Epic Graphix.  Upon final payment, the client is assigned rights to use as a web site.  Rights to photos, graphics, source code work-up files, text and computer programs remain the property of their respective owner.

All sites are copyrighted and should not be copy in whole or in part without written permission.   This includes all items listed above but it not limited to those items.

Hosting for Epic Graphix's sites is available.  Hosting requires that Acceptable Use Policies are adhered to.  Also please review and abide by Epic Graphix Terms of Service.
